Dr Kylie Henderson
Dr Kylie Henderson is a clinical psychologist and the Founder and Managing Director of a the parent organisation in Australia & UK. Kylie has more than 20 years experience in the employment services industry and worked for large, national employment services providers overseeing their health and employment programs. She holds a Doctorate of Clinical Psychology, is an Adjunct Research Fellow at the University of Southern Queensland and a member of the Australian Psychological Society Clinical College.
Elli Riley

Elli is a passionate and solutions-focused psychologist, dedicated to providing evidence-based assessment and intervention services to enhance well-being, develop self-management, and maximising quality of life. Elli has worked in the employment, disability and education sectors as both a clinician and manager, and has unique perspective on the impact that quality leadership can have on a variety of psychological, organisational and vocational outcomes. Elli believes that mental health is an essential component of effective leadership – both for the leader and for those that they lead – and understanding how to broadly promote positive mental health is a key focus of her work approach.
Bart Traynor
BAppPsych, BPsych(Hons), MClinPsych
Bart is a highly experienced Clinical Psychologist and corporate Operations Manager. His clinical experience spans working with families with complex mental health challenges across both government and non-government organisations, as well as youth psych and sporting community engagement. Bart consults with, trains and supports upper level management and organisations struggling with mental health issues in the workplace and has also been a keynote speaker at notable events, presenting to mental health professionals both nationally and internationally on the topics of strengths-based interventions. Bart has a keen interest in health and fitness, is an expert ZUU instructor and competes in endurance Obstacle Course Racing.
